No. The trial asks for no card. You only enter payment details when you subscribe, through Polar's checkout, so a trial never turns into a charge on its own.

An event is a pageview, a custom goal or an outbound link click recorded on your websites (goals sent through the API count too). Bots, excluded traffic, the script's background pings and chat messages don't count. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. Your allowance is shared across all your websites.

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited websites, each with its own dashboard and settings. Your plan's monthly events are shared across them, so add up their traffic when you choose a plan.

You see a warning at 80%. At 100% you're prompted to upgrade, and events are still recorded up to 20% past your limit. Beyond that, new events aren't recorded until your next billing cycle starts or you move to a bigger plan. You're never charged for overage, and live chat keeps working.

Yes. During the trial, move it to any plan from Usage & Billing; it keeps its end date. Once you've subscribed, switch plans in the billing portal: a bigger plan raises your limit straight away. A plan with a shorter data history keeps only that much history.

Nothing is charged. Subscribe to keep going. If you don't, your dashboard closes, but your websites keep recording for 7 more days, so nothing is lost if you subscribe that week. After that, recording pauses until you choose a plan. Your reports and settings are kept.

Yes, at any time in the billing portal (Manage billing on Usage & Billing). Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then it doesn't renew. Your first payment is covered by the money-back guarantee in our refund policy; renewals aren't refunded.
