SuprAnalytics vs Seline
SuprAnalytics vs Seline: which fits your workflow?
Both tools follow visitors from their first visit to a conversion and attribute revenue to the channels that brought them. SuprAnalytics also brings visitor live chat into the same workflow; Seline adds an AI assistant and cookieless, EU-hosted tracking.

Both go beyond basic pageview analytics
If you're comparing these two, you already want more than a visitor count. On these, either tool does the job.
Traffic and referrers
Sources, pages, countries and devices, including visits from AI assistants like ChatGPT.
Campaign tracking
UTM parameters on your links, reported by source, medium and campaign.
Visitor journeys
One visitor's pages and actions in order, with a profile once you identify them.
Conversion funnels
The steps from landing page to signup, and where visitors drop off.
Revenue attribution
Payments matched to the visitors who made them, with Stripe and Polar connected natively.
Unlimited websites
Every site on one plan, an MCP server, Search Console data and a proxy against ad blockers.
Understand your visitors. Then talk to them.
A visitor arrives from Reddit, explores pricing, and asks a question. You see the conversation alongside the context of their visit, and answer while they're still deciding.
- A chat widget from the same script as your analytics
- One inbox for every website's conversations
- Their traffic source, the pages they visited, their device and location beside each chat
- Replies from Telegram, with one tap
- Email follow-ups when the visitor has left and gave an email
- Messages triggered by the page a visitor opens
Visitors stay anonymous until they give a name or email, or your app identifies them. Seline's published product documentation does not currently describe a built-in visitor live chat inbox; the live chat on its website is for contacting Seline's own team.

Connect marketing channels to actual revenue
Both SuprAnalytics and Seline offer revenue attribution. They differ in which providers connect natively, how payments are matched, and what they document about renewals and refunds.
SuprAnalytics
- Native webhooks for Stripe, Polar, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle and Dodo Payments, plus a Payment API for anything else.
- A payment is matched by the visitor id you pass to checkout, a known customer id, or email.
- First-touch or last-touch attribution, chosen per website. Last touch is the visitor's latest visit, direct or not.
- Subscription renewals are recorded as renewals and credited to the same visitor.
- A full refund marks a payment refunded everywhere; partial refunds lower the amount with Polar, Paddle and Dodo Payments, and are ignored for Stripe.
- A payment that can't be tied to a visit still counts in your revenue, without a source.
Seline
- Stripe and Polar connect natively: Seline pulls payments from them with an API key.
- Stripe payments are matched by email or by a visitor id in Checkout Session metadata; Polar attribution needs customer emails sent through profiles.
- Paddle, Lemon Squeezy and other providers through custom revenue events you send, from the browser or your server. Shopify uses a checkout pixel that sends them.
- Recurring Stripe charges stay attributed to the original visitor, and MRR is tracked over time.
- Its docs credit the visitor's original referrer and journey; they don't name a selectable attribution model.
- Refund handling isn't described in its documentation.

When Seline might be the better choice
Seline is a capable product with real strengths. If one of these matters most to you, it's likely the better fit.
AI analytics assistant
Seline answers questions about your data in plain language, builds funnels and exports CSVs from an in-app chat. SuprAnalytics has no AI assistant.
A full read API and MCP
Seline's API has 17 read endpoints covering its dashboard, and its MCP server reads every project. SuprAnalytics has an MCP server for your stats, but its API only accepts data: goals, payments and crawler hits.
Cookieless by default, hosted in the EU
Seline sets no cookies unless you turn them on, and runs on servers in Germany. SuprAnalytics sets a visitor cookie unless you switch cookieless mode on, and offers no EU hosting.
Forever data retention
Seline keeps your data for as long as you're on Pro. SuprAnalytics keeps 2 years to 5 years of history, depending on the plan.
Teams and agencies
Seline gives each project up to 30 seats with no per-seat charge, and separate billing per client. SuprAnalytics' team access isn't released yet.
Yearly billing and Shopify
Seline offers yearly billing with two months free, and a documented Shopify checkout pixel for revenue. SuprAnalytics bills monthly only and has no Shopify revenue tracking.
Seline also offers profile filters for engaged and quiet users, a managed proxy against ad blockers, and bot filtering. SuprAnalytics has bot filtering and a managed proxy too, but no churn view.
When SuprAnalytics makes more sense
Not better at everything: better at bringing analytics, payments and conversations with visitors into one place.
Live chat beside the analytics
A chat widget and inbox are part of every plan, and each conversation opens next to the visitor's source, pages and device. See live chat
Telegram and email conversations
Reply to visitors from Telegram without opening the dashboard, and reach visitors who left by email, with a link that reopens the chat.
More payment providers, natively
Lemon Squeezy, Paddle and Dodo Payments connect through their webhooks, like Stripe and Polar, instead of revenue events you send yourself.
Many products, one workflow
Unlimited websites with an All websites overview and one inbox for every website's chats. For indie hackers
Your choice of attribution
Credit revenue to the visitor's first touch or their last, per website.
Larger allowances per dollar
Every plan has every feature, from 100,000 events for $9 a month. See the pricing comparison below for how the allowances line up.
How does the pricing compare?
Both start at $9 a month and both price by monthly events, but the allowances, retention and billing options differ.
SuprAnalytics
- 6 monthly plans, from $9 for 100,000 events to $149 for 5 million
- Counts pageviews, custom goals and outbound link clicks; never chat messages or payments
- 2 years to 5 years of data history, by plan
- Past the allowance, recording continues to 20% over, then pauses; no overage charges
- 14-day free trial, no card. Monthly billing only
Seline
- One Pro plan priced by usage, from $9 for 10,000 events; its pricing page opens at 25,000 for $14
- Counts pageviews and custom events; its API requests count too
- Forever data retention
- An upgrade is asked for after two months in a row over the limit
- 7-day free trial, no card. Monthly, or yearly with two months free
| Events a month | SuprAnalytics | Seline |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | $9 (100k events plan) | $9 |
| 100,000 | $9 (100k events plan) | $24 |
| 500,000 | $29 (500k events plan) | $59 |
| 1 million | $49 (1M events plan) | $99 |
| 2 million | $79 (2M events plan) | $169 |
| 5 million | $149 (5M events plan) | $249 |
Prices checked on . The allowances are close but not identical: SuprAnalytics also counts outbound clicks, Seline also counts API requests, and Seline's price slider is labelled in pageviews while its plan counts events. Seline's yearly billing lowers its monthly rate; SuprAnalytics has no yearly plans. Retention differs too: forever on Seline, 2 years to 5 years on SuprAnalytics. Neither has a permanent free plan.
