Unread chats on every page
Conversations waiting for your reply are now counted wherever you are in the app, so a visitor's question doesn't sit unseen while you're in another report.
Live chat
The sidebar's Chat link counts the conversations waiting for your reply, live, on every signed-in page, and the browser tab's title starts with the count. A new message pops up in the corner with Reply and Later, unless you're already reading that conversation.
