What arrives.
The same alerts as by email, for every website you're on, in short and with a button that opens the right page.
- Goal alerts
- A message each time a visitor completes a goal you chose, with who they are and where they came from.
- Traffic spikes
- When an hour's visits reach 4 times your usual rate, with a button to the real-time view.
- The weekly summary
- Monday's figures in short: four numbers and the top three sources and pages.
- Visitor chats
- Every message a visitor sends from the chat widget, whether you're online or not, and when a visitor leaves their email.
Answer from Telegram.
Each chat ping has a Reply now button. Tap it, type, and your answer goes to the visitor as you, the same as from the Inbox; replying to the ping itself does the same.
- The bot confirms where your answer went: the visitor sees it on the website, or it's emailed to them if they left, or it waits for their next visit
- Answering from Telegram marks the team as around, so the widget shows Online
- The conversation is marked read in the Inbox, so nobody answers it twice
- Viewers on a website get the alerts but no Reply now button
Yours, not the team's.
Each person connects their own Telegram, and chooses what to hear about.
- One bot, private chats
- You chat with SuprAnalytics's bot, in a chat only you can see. Nobody else on the team sees your messages.
- Mute a website
- Switch any website off in your account settings and its alerts stop reaching you on Telegram, while the rest carry on.
- Leave any time
- Send the bot /stop, or disconnect in your account settings, and nothing more is sent.
Set it up.
Open your account settings
Account → Notifications has the Telegram card.
Connect Telegram
A one-time link opens the bot in Telegram; tap Start and the dashboard notices within a moment.
Send yourself a test
A test message checks the connection. Then mute any website you don't want to hear about.
How it works, in detail.
The docs page “Email alerts for completed goals” goes through it step by step.
Limits worth knowing
- Alerts go to the people who connected Telegram; there's no shared group or channel for a team
- The connection is yours: a teammate connects their own Telegram to get the same alerts
- Replying from Telegram works for a visitor's messages of the last 7 days; older ones are answered in the Inbox
- Conversations you muted in the Inbox, and websites in attack mode, send no chat pings
- A website's weekly summary and spike alerts arrive only once they're switched on in its Settings → Reports
