Goal alerts
Know the moment a goal is completed.
Pick the goals you care about, such as a signup or a demo request, and SuprAnalytics emails you and your team each time a visitor completes one, with who they are, where they came from and their device.

An email written your way.
Each alert has its own subject and body, written with variables, and a preview shows the email as it will arrive. The body takes **bold** and - bullet lists. The default subject is New {{goal.name}} from {{visitor.country}}.

Who gets them.
- The owner and everyone on the team, by email, except anyone who turned emails off in their account settings
- Or as Telegram alerts, alerts of their own, to anyone on the team who connected Telegram in Account settings and didn't mute that website
- Goals from the browser and from your server through the REST API both send alerts
- Test on an alert sends it to you alone, with sample values
Keep them useful.
An alert can cover up to 10 goals. Switch one alert off without deleting it, or turn email alerts (or Telegram alerts) off for the whole website: the alerts are kept and send nothing until you switch them back on. The Alerts page shows how many alerts were sent this month.

Click New Alert

How it works, in detail.
The docs page “Email alerts for completed goals” goes through it step by step.
Limits worth knowing
- Custom goals send alerts; page-visit goals don't
- Each alert sends at most 1,000 times a month
- One email per completion, sent as it happens: there's no digest
- An alert goes to the website's whole team; it can't go to one person or to an outside address
- Alerts are for goals. Traffic spikes and the weekly summary are email reports
