Notes on the chart
Mark what happened right on the traffic chart.
Click the chart at a launch, a post that took off or a pricing change, and write a note. It stays there as a marker, so the next time you look at that spike you know what was going on.

Click a moment, write a note.
Click the chart at any point (an hour, a day or a week, depending on the interval) and a panel opens for that moment.
- Notes
- Up to 500 characters, signed with your name. Press Add note or
Cmd+Enter, and edit or delete it later. - Any date and time
- A note goes at the start of the moment you clicked. Change its date and time first, in your website's time zone, or move it later.
- Chats
- The live chat conversations from that moment, with their first message. Click one to open it in the Inbox.
Pin the ones that matter.
Pin a note to keep it above the chart whatever dates you're looking at, like a launch or a pricing change you always want in view. Click it to open its moment; if that's outside the dates on screen, the dashboard switches to its day first. Up to 10 pinned notes per website.
Choose what's drawn.
- Notes are markers at the bottom of the chart, with a count where there are several
- Show notes on chart and Show chats on chart turn each kind on or off, per website, remembered in your browser
- Hidden notes stay in the panel; they just aren't drawn
- Hiding notes hides the pinned ones above the chart too
